~~~ Proverbs 3:27-34 ~~~ Psalm 15 ~~~ Luke 8:16-18 ~~~
For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible,
and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light.
It is often said that pregnant woman has a special glow.
The miracle of new life permeates a woman's entire body.
The grace which we receive from God also has a certain glow.
It is the glow from within our soul that permeates out toward others.
This glow of grace can be subtle or it can be blinding.
The saints are wonderful examples of blinding glow...
their lives are beacons
passed down to us through the years.
We can see the night light of those who reach out to those
who suffer from all sorts of diseases.
The person who visits the sick in their hospital
room just to offer a prayer of hope...
to be the light of Christ to them.
What are you doing with your light?
We all have been given the glow of God's grace.
Where have you put yours?
You cannot hide it. Light is able to escape even
through the smallest little crack.
Light has power. Light knows no boundaries.
The Lord blesses the dwelling of the just and
to the humble he shows kindness.
The Lord curses the evil and wicked; for such persons
flee from the glow of grace.
The more often we practice kindness and justice toward others
the brighter will God's grace glow within our hearts.
Let God's loving grace glow brighter
as you reach out toward those around you.
There is really no need for words when your light is glowin.
Just as with the mother to be, you too
will be a living testimony to God's glowing grace.
Be aware today of how blessed you are
to have the glowing grace from God.
Glowing for God.
~~~Peace~~~
